We had a great Pickup this past weekend with 3 big cows (between 690-800 lbs each)!

Some more good news...enough people have ordered for us to move the pickup date from late March/early April to March 23rd.
So, if you want to get in on an order, it is now an April order.
Tell your friends if you need us to order sooner...we place an order every 3 cows.

If you want to get on the Late Feb/Early March order, you need to put in your order.  We are filling up quickly.
We order 3 cows at a time.
If we reach enough orders for 3 cows and you have not entered your order, we will place you on the following order.
You will definitely get the meat you ordered, it will just be at a later date.

Cooler Size Suggestions on the Cooler Spec Pages

I, Topher, found some cooler size calculations.
The numbers may tell you more space than you need based on the size of the cows.
That is good news!  You will not have to worry about not having enough cooler space.

A LA CARTE is on vacation!

posted Dec 2, 2012, 8:47 PM by Topher Blackburn

For the time being, we are suspending A La Carte.
It will return shortly but we are in the midst of simplifying the ordering process.
With raising the four kids, volunteering at the kids school and the after school activities, it is a season of simplifying life.
We are continuing to order the portions of beef.
A La Carte will return. It just needs a little break.
Thanks so much and have a great day!
